How to Activate Self-Exclusion

What Happens to Your Balance During Self-Exclusion
Any remaining balance in your gowin account at the time of self-exclusion activation is retained safely and will be available for withdrawal once the exclusion period ends — or immediately upon permanent account closure, after standard identity verification. gowin does not forfeit player balances solely on the basis of self-exclusion.
Time-Out (Short Break)
If you need a shorter break without committing to a formal self-exclusion, gowin's Time-Out feature allows you to pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended for deposits and gameplay. Time-outs cannot be cancelled early — the suspension lasts the full chosen duration, giving you a genuinely protected break period.
Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. Once you have activated a self-exclusion for a chosen period, gowin will not reopen your account before that period expires, regardless of the reason given.
