These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gowin platform, including all casino games, sports betting, crash games, account features, bonuses, and payment services. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location. gowin does not provide legal advice on this matter.
gowin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gowin's support team, the account will be suspended pending verification. Funds deposited by an ineligible player will not be returned once the eligibility breach is established.

Account Registration & KYC
Each eligible player may hold exactly one (1) gowin account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Registration Requirements
When registering a gowin account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. You must not share your login details with any third party. gowin is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
KYC Verification Process
In order to process any withdrawal from your gowin account, you must complete our KYC verification process. KYC verification requires you to submit the following documentation:
- Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. The document must be current, clearly legible, and show your full name and date of birth.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted.
gowin's compliance team will review submitted KYC documents within two (2) business days under normal circumstances. During periods of high demand, this may extend to five (5) business days. You will be notified by email when your KYC review is complete or if additional documentation is required.
Account Security
gowin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add a second layer of protection against unauthorised access. 2FA can be configured in your account security settings after registration. gowin is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to enable available security features.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
gowin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no deposit fee charged by gowin; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gowin wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Deposits from unverified accounts may be held pending KYC completion.
You may only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed to the originating account. gowin reserves the right to close accounts that repeatedly attempt third-party deposits.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with gowin's anti-money laundering obligations. You cannot request a withdrawal to a different payment method than the one on your verified KYC file without completing an updated payment method verification.
gowin aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) hour for bKash and Nagad, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers and other methods. These timeframes apply to fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
- gowin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the full KYC verification process.
- If a withdrawal request is suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violation, it will be held pending investigation and may be declined.
- gowin does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply receiving charges.
Currency
All transactions on the gowin platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). Amounts displayed in your gowin wallet, game results, bonus values, and promotional communications are all denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
gowin offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated to the player, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and this general policy, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your gowin account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms at the time the bonus is claimed. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for that bonus.
Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, bets on slots may contribute 100% of the stake, while live casino bets may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates for each game category are set out in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Eligibility
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and verified payment method.
- Players who have previously self-excluded and have since had their exclusion lifted are not eligible for welcome bonuses upon re-registration.
- gowin reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably suspects that a player has opened multiple accounts specifically to claim bonuses more than once.
- Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Bonus Abuse
gowin takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, coordinating with other accounts to abuse referral schemes, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — will have their bonus funds cancelled and may have their account permanently closed.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
gowin is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players on the platform. All games offered by gowin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures every outcome is independent, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by any party — including gowin itself.
Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gowin platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Multi-accounting: Operating more than one gowin account in your name or in combination with other persons to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game, exchange information during live casino play, or split winnings derived from coordinated betting strategies.
- Cheating and fraud: Using any software, tool, script, or method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including the use of bots, automated betting software, or exploiting software bugs.
- Money laundering: Using the gowin platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. gowin cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations into suspected money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
- Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used to place bets. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and will be liable for the full value of the reversed funds plus any associated recovery costs.
- Impersonation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
Game Integrity
gowin's RNG-certified games are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Payout percentages (RTP) for all slot games are published in the individual game information panels within the game lobby. Live casino games streamed by third-party studios are subject to those studios' own independent certifications, which are available on the respective studio's website.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game error that affects the outcome of a wager, gowin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. gowin is not liable for losses arising from interrupted game sessions due to network connectivity issues on the player's end.
Responsible Gaming
gowin is committed to responsible gaming and takes active steps to minimise gambling-related harm among its player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified gowin account holders and can be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
Player Protection Tools
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive increases during active play sessions.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. Reality check reminders can also be configured to alert the player at regular intervals during a session.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During self-exclusion, the player's account is locked, marketing communications are suppressed, and no new deposits can be accepted.
- Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days can be requested for players who want a short break without committing to a full self-exclusion period.
gowin trains all customer-facing support staff to recognise indicators of problem gambling and to respond with appropriate sensitivity and guidance. If a support agent identifies behaviour consistent with problem gambling during an interaction, they are required to proactively offer responsible gaming resources to the player.
gowin does not direct marketing communications to players who have set self-exclusions, deposit limits, or have otherwise indicated that they wish to limit their gambling activity. Players who believe they have received marketing in error should contact [email protected] immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
Any player may request the closure of their gowin account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, gowin will process any verified outstanding withdrawal balance to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.
Suspension or Closure by gowin
gowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or KYC obligations.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity associated with the account.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a minor or by a person who provided false age or identity information during registration.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring gowin to restrict or close the account.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months, where no login, deposit, or bet has been recorded.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, gowin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, if the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting. In all other cases, verified outstanding balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any necessary review.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gowin will notify the account holder via email thirty (30) days before applying any dormancy administration fee. After twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method on file and the account will be closed.
Limitation of Liability
The gowin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gowin uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, secure, and error-free, gowin makes no warranty — express or implied — as to uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from technical defects.
Excluded Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gowin shall not be liable to any player for:
- Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform, even if gowin has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information, game outcome displays, or odds data that contained a technical error, provided that gowin takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
- Any loss caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
- Any interruption to gameplay or inability to place bets caused by the player's internet connection, device, operating system, or third-party software.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the gowin platform.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a player and gowin arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions should be directed in the first instance to gowin's customer support team at [email protected]. gowin will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.
Amendments to These Terms
gowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gowin will notify registered players via email at least seven (7) days before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the gowin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
